A carabiner is certainly the most defining element of a leash, both aesthetically and in usability: we touch it every day before and after each walk with our dog. Yet even the coolest brands usually solve it with ready-made parts, originally developed for other purposes by the manufacturer.

However there are exciting opportunities in developing the gripping comfort of the carabiner while keeping a minimalistic character.
The removable grip has a soft fluorescent light in the dark to help us find, orient and attach the carabiner to the collar's ring in late evening walks.
All key elements humans touch and use have soft grips made of recycled plastic.
